No payment = No order
All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (SGD) only.
If no payment made within 3 days after order captured,order will be consider cancelled.
Purchase from any China/Taiwan website. Ezspree will not be responsible if the seller/website is a scam
Spree-er to adhere to individual website/seller rules & regulation.
Example 1 : Some seller are not keeping on hand stock, and re-stocking may be 7-30 work days or more.
Example 2 : Some website have Minimum order value or qty, spree-er have to adhere.
Ezspree will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting whether directly or indirectly from any errors in shipping, wrong colour or quantity shipped from supplier, quality problems, defects, delays, damage, loss or any action or inaction on the part of the supplier. Item are not exchangeable or refundable.
Ezspree is not responsible if your item is confiscated by customs due to obvious reasons.
Once order send to us, no changes or cancellation is allowed.
Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.
Item colors may differ slightly due to lighting effect or monitor's resolution.
Shall keep spree-er informed of the order status, item arrival.
Ezspree will inform you of Out of stock items only after we complete your whole list of order.
In order for us to provide you with fast delivery service from China/Taiwan to Singapore, we would prefer ordering from seller with immediate stock.
Refund will be made immediately for Out Of Stock item after composed all refund data & bank a/c captured.
Bear no responsibility for item lost if opt for normal postage.
Ezspree reserves the rights to reject any orders.
